With 35+ years of experience building and leading accountable teams in banking, real estate, and construction, I’ve been a continuous student of leadership, talent development, and strategy. Today, as a Pinnacle Business Guide and Vistage Chair, I work with CEOs and executive teams to align around their purpose and strategic priorities.

My coaching practice—rooted in the belief that clarity drives alignment—guides organizations through the challenges of leadership, planning, and execution.
